Coach Belford is the owner and director for all the programs for Full Count Baseball. In the Fall of 2009, Coach Belford was appointed the Head Coach of The largest High School in New Jersey, Elizabeth High School. ” I look at this as one of the premiere programs, not only in Union County, but in New Jersey” The position follows a post at Montclair State University where he was the Associate Head Coach for Coach Norm Schoenig. In addition, Coach Belford was the Head Coach for NCAA Division II Bloomfield College from 2001-2008. He also served as the Athletic Department Recruiting Coordinator, and was an Adjunct Professor of Exercise and Fitness courses in Physical Education.
Under his direction, he and his staff took the team from consecutive 4 and 8 win season just four years ago, to the current success that the Deacons have enjoyed. In 2006 Coach Belford was named “Coach of the Year” by his fellow coaches in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.
The 2006 Deacons broke the schools single season win total with 26 and for the first time in eight years they went to the CACC tournament, and won their first game. Coach Belford does informal and formal lectures for parents and high school coaches on the NCAA recruiting process. He is currently working on first book “You Want To Be A College Recruited Baseball Player?” Coach Belford has earned Masters Degree’s from Montclair State University, in Physical Education with a Coaching Administration and Sport Biomechanics in 2003. He also has earned a Master in Arts in Education through Montclair State, which he earned in 2004.
He began his college coaching career in 1998 at his alma mater, Kean University. He was hired as the outfield instructor, and assisted with hitters and pitchers. He was also entrusted to be the recruiting coordinator for the Cougars. His efforts brought players that helped Kean win the 2001 New Jersey Athletic Conference Title, and advance to the NCAA Regional of the College World Series. The team was ranked as high as seventh nationally that year. Coach received his Bachelors Degree in 1995 in the field of Physical Education with a specialization in Exercise Physiology. He completed additional credits for a minor in education.
Prior to the start of his college coaching career, coach Belford owned and operated a highly successful in-home personal training business called Hands-On Fitness. He opened the company while he was just a sophomore in college, and began coaching where he played his high school baseball at Piscataway High School. He entered the coaching ranks as the freshman coach in 1994, and quickly proved himself worthy enough to be named the assistant varsity coach in 1995. While with the Chiefs, Coach Belford coached two of best players in the school’s history: Cory Smith (1st round draft choice of the Cleveland Indians 2000) and Brian Malko (Minnesota Twins Draft choice 1995). Coach Belford also enjoyed success as a pitcher for the 1987 and 1988 when the Chief were Mid-State Conference Champions.
Coach Belford is a firm believer in continuing education and learning something from everyone. He has held numerous certifications and affiliations with the nations leading associations of health, fitness, sports medicine, and baseball. He currently sits on the NCAA Northeast Regional Baseball Committee. He has had associations and certifications with the following: National Strength and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, and American Baseball Coaches Association.

General Manager – Tim received a BA in Sociology and Education from William Patterson University 2006. Tim has been an instructor/coach with Full Count Baseball for five years. He is currently a 5th grade classroom teacher in the Edison Township School District.Tim is currently the General Manager of the Full Count Fall Baseball program. Tim is in charge of all on-field operations. Also, he has served as a Camp Director this summer. As a head coach,
he led Edison Post 435 American Legion to the New Jersey State Championship title in 2007. Also, they returned to the state championship game in 2008, only to become runner-up. In addition, Edison Post 435 competed in two Regional Championship games in 2007 and 2008. Tim was elected Middlesex County American Legion Manager of the Year in 2007.Tim was also an assistant coach at Bloomfield College from 2005 – 2007, where he worked with the infielders and hitters.
Tim played his college baseball at William Paterson University. As a player Tim was two time All-New Jersey Athletic Conference selection as a second basemen. He also had an exceptional career as a high school player at Edison High School when he was selected All-Area in 2001 and won two Middlesex County Championships (1999, 2001).
Aaron Eyler,Assistant General Manager Coach 14U Club
Aaron played baseball at Ramapo College of New Jersey where he was a four-year starter in center field and served as a team captainduring his junior and senior years. During his tenure at Ramapo, Aaron was named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference team. He is ranked in the Ramapo record books in the top ten of multiple offensive categories including hits,triples, RBI’s, runs scored, and career batting average. Following his playing career, he coached at South Brunswick
High School for two years before pausing to pursue his Master’s degree.
Aaron has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Ramapo as well as a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration & Leadership from Rutgers University. He is currently researching universities to attend for his doctoral degree with a concentration in either educational technology or administration and leadership. Coach Eyler teaches Advanced Placement United States History and is a technology coordinator at Piscataway High School in Piscataway, New Jersey. He is also the author of Synthesizing Education and active in facilitating professional development workshops that specialize in introducing Web 2.0 tools in the classroom.

Lindsey Nadolny

A member of the National FastpitchCoaches Association (NFCA) All-America Third Team, Nadolnyalso garnered her third consecutive bid to the NFCAAll-Region First Team (2009-11) this past spring. A four-time all-conference honoree (2009 and 2011 first team, 2008 and 2010 second team), she was selected as the 2011 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Co-Player of the Year and the ECACMetro Co-Player of the Year. Nadolnyled the NJACin batting average (.481, 18th in Division III). Nadolny, who owned a .954 fielding percentage in 196 total chances, turned 15 double plays to help William Paterson lead the Division III statistics as a team (0.55 per game, 21 total) and ranked 7th in the nation out of all colleges this past spring. Attended Middletown High School North class of 07′, where she was a four year starter for softball. Also lettered in soccer and baseketball. Played summer ball for Jersey Intensity Gold and Elite.
Nadolny is currently a personal trainer at Work Out World in Tinton Falls and is pursuing her last year towards her degree of Exercise Physiology at William Paterson University.

Chris Banos, Coach 18U Club
Coach Banos was a three year letter winner at Edison High Schoolbefore continuing his career at FDU-Teaneck and Dominican College of New York. At Dominican, Coach Banos earned Honorable Mention All-American honors and played in the 1999 NAIA World Series while earning his degree in Social Sciences. After his playing career he coached at his alma mater for one year before becoming an assistant coach for JFK HS in Iselin. At JFK, the Mustangs won the 2009 Group III State Championship. Coach Banos currently has his master’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Capella University.
George Banos,
He returns to coaching after several seasons away from the sideline, but never away from the game. Banos, the father of Coach Tim Banos and Coach Chris Banos, brings over 35 years of coaching experience to Full Count this summer. Coach Banos created the Edison Orioles of the New Brunswick Open League, where he both managed and played with countless former collegiate and professional baseball players. Most notably, Coach Banos spent 7 years at the helm of the Father & Son American Legion Team in which he won several District Titles and the State Championship in 1996. In addition, Coach Banos competed as a collegiate player for Middlesex County College. Also, George Banos is regarded as one of the top high school and college basketball officials in New Jersey. Coach Banos’ knowledge of the game will prove to be an asset for Full Count Baseball.
Frank Beckhorn
Hitting / Infield
Frank Beckhorn has been an instructor for Full Count Baseball for 4 years. Coach Beckhorn currently holds a BA degree in Education from Kean University in 1998 and a Masters in Administration and Supervision of Education. Frank is the All Time record holder in Batting Avg. for a four year career for Division III Baseball. His career ended at the professional level when he played for The Nashua Pride of The Atlantic League in 1998 through 2000. Coach Beckhorn was a three time All American for Kean University ’98, ’99,’00. Frank has too many individual awards to list and is a tremendous instructor for our hitters. He has been huge part of the success of The National Championship Kean University Cougars as the hitting instructor for the past three years. He was the hitting coach at and and a big part of the success of The National Championship Kean University Cougars until 2009 when he helped the Cougars go to their third NCAA World Series.
Alex Bosch
Instructor-Alex is a 1995 graduate of John F. Kennedy Memorial High School (Iselin). At JFK Alex was a 4 year starter, played on the 1992 State Sectional Championship Team and earned All-State 1st Team, All-Group 1st Team, All-County 1st Team, All-Division 1st Team and Division Player of the Year. After High School Alex attended Montclair State University. While at MSU Alex was a 3 year starter, named the Mid Atlantic Regional Tournament MVP and captain his senior year. Alex currently an Assistant Baseball coach at Carteret High School and holds a BA in Physical Education/Health from MSU as well as a MA in Educational Administration & Leadership from Kean.

Leo Danik Head Coach Dunnellen HS
Coach Danik has been a High School Baseball Coach for over 20 years. He has been the Head Baseball Coach at JP Stevens, South Brunswick and presently at Dunellen High School. He has been named Coach of the Year in the Greater Middlesex Conference in 2002, 2006 and 2009. His teams have captured Division and County Championships with his 2006 team a Central Jersey Group 4 finalist.
Coach also serves as the President of the Greater Middlesex Conference Baseball Coaches Association. Many of his players have gone on to play collegiate baseball. . Coach Danik has coached Little League baseball while also serving as the Player Development Director at Scotch Plains-Fanwood Little League. He is presently the Head Coach of the NJ Blue Wave, a13U AAU team.
Lou France
Pitching and Outfield – BSW from Kean University in social work and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. Lou has completed his 10th year as pitching coach and outfield coach with the 2007 National Champion Kean University Cougars. Where he has been an integral part of thier four regional titles and 2002 New Jersey Conference Championship teams. Lou Has been a parole officer and served two years in the United States Air Force.
Bill Grataco Assistant Coach Elizabeth High School.
Bill has worked in Elizabeth for the last 5 years as a Physical Education/Health teacher. Bill attended Keystone College after high school where he played for two years under head coach Mike Collins. Bill finished his undergraduates degree at Kean University where he received a B.A. degree. Before coaching in Elizabeth Bill coached at David Brearly in Kenilworth for two seasons.
Connor Henderson Connor played baseball at The College of New Jersey where he was starting pitcher for three years. During his tenure at TCNJ, the team won the 2009 NJAC championship and Connor was named to the NJAC All-Conference and ACBA Mid-Atlantic Region team twice. He is ranked near the top in the TCNJ record books in multiple pitching categories including wins, innings pitched, and ERA. Following his playing career, he began coaching for Full Count Baseball in the summer of 2011. Connor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Education from TCNJ. He is currently teaching TV Production at Chatham High School in Chatham, NJ.
Tom Hennessy
Instructor – is a 1996 graduate of John F. Kennedy Memorial High School (Iselin, NJ). While playing under Coach Jerry Smith Sr., he received All State and All Region honors as a left-handed pitcher. He pursued his collegiate career at Seton Hall University before transferring to Kean University, where he received a BA in Health and Physical Education. While at Kean, Coach Hennessy was named, All Region Outfielder. Most recently, Coach Hennessy was named Coach of the Year 2008, by the NJ Star Ledger and Whilte Division Coach of the Year by the Home News Tribune, as the Varisty Baseball Coach of Colonia High School. is also the head coach of girls’ Volleyball and boys’ Winter Track at Colonia High School.

Pitching Coordinator – is in his first year as a coach and instructor for Full Count Baseaball. He is currently the assistant head coach and pitching coach for the Edison Father and Son American Legion team. Post 435 have been one of the top Legion programs in the state and have recently made it to the Sweet 16 of the American Legion tournament and have been regional runner-ups the past two years.
Coach Korneski has also been an assistant varisty coach for Edison high School for Coach Jim Muldowney from 1997-2000 before taking over as head coach in 2001, where he won a county championship and was named Red Division Coach of the Year. After his tenure as Edison High School, Coach Korneski was an assistant coch for South Brunswick High School from 2003-2006. Coach Korneski was an all-state pitcher at Edison High School for Coach Jim Muldowney and played his college baseball at Fairfield University.

Billy has been coaching baseball for the last nine years. He started his coaching career as a volunteer assistant with Kearny High School. For the last five years he has been with Linden High School, where he is currently the assistant varsity coach for the Tigers. Billy Played college baseball under coach Belford at Kean University, where he was an infielder and designated hitter. He played on a team that was ranked as high as seventh in the country for
division III. Billy also had a very good high school career being selected first team all county two years in a row.

Instructor – He was a left-handed pitcher who played his college ball for Kean University (2004) and Bloomfield College (2005-2007). Joe was an All Area/All County selection as a pitcher for Middlesex High School; where he helped lead them to a sectional title in 2003. Joe currently serves as the pitching/outfield coach at Middlesex High School. Joe received his B.S. degree in Finance from Bloomfield College in 2007. Joe has been working in the revenue management field since 2007.

Leon Shade
Outfield Instructor-Base Running Coach – is 29 years old and is a full time Teacher at The Montclair Kimberley Academy in Montclair, NJ for five years at the Middle School Level. He has also been a varsity assistant baseball coach at MKA for three years.
Currently, Shade is an assistant coach at Montclair State University. He also played for Rutgers University under the direction of Fred Hill. He was a four year letter winner and a Captain during his senior year. After college, he was a hitting coach for an international team trying to qualify for the world baseball classic.
Jeff Watson
Hitting / Outfield- Head Coach of NCAA II, Bloomfield College Jeff was a stand out Baseball Player at NCAA
Division II North East 10; power American International College in Springfield Massachusetts. Jeff also was scholarship as a football player while at AIC. While on the baseball field he was an all NE-10 conference first team first baseman and Outfielder three times in his career. Head Coach at Division II Bloomfield College, he was coach Belford’s successor after he left for Montclair state University. He is the current recruiting coordinator and hitting instructor for Bloomfield College. He has coached for several years in the Connie Mack Summer in his hometown of New Milford. He has been working as an instructor for the New Milford winter baseball-training program for the past three years.

Brian holds a New Jersey Teaching Certification in Health and Physical Education. During Brian’s playing career he was an All- County, All- Group, and All- State catcher for Cranford High School. At William Patterson University, he was an All- NJAC player while earning a degree in Exercise Physiology. In 2001 Brian was an All-Star at the world famous IMG Baseball Academy in Bradenton, Fl . In 2005, He played professionally for the Brockton Rox of the Can-Am
Independent league. Brian now has over 7 years of coaching experience at the middle school , AAU, and high school levels.

Pitching / Hitting – John was an Outstanding two way player for both The College of New Jersey (98-99) and Kean University (2000-2001). John received his BA from Kean University in Criminal Justice in 2002, but later returned to Kean from 2003-2005 to gain a second degree in Special Education. He was a stand out player for The Woodbridge Barrons, where he was an All Area selection in addition to garnishing All County Awards in 1997. He was named to the all
NJAC team as a pitcher in 2001 respectively. A big lefty pitcher and one of the conferences best defensive first baseman.
John is currently a Special Education Teacher at Woodbridge High School. John is a tremendous pitching instructor as well as infield coach. John has been The Camp Director for the past three years, and been with Full Count baseball since 2003.
